NEWS UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer,

We are providing the following information regarding upcoming holiday schedule changes.

Holiday Operations and Schedule:

Veterans Day Schedule:

HITCO (Big Island – Hilo): HITCO Moving & Storage will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in observance of Veterans Day. Hilo delivery services will resume on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

Kauai Freight Service (Kauai): Kauai Freight Service will remain open on Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

All Operations: All DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express terminals will remain open on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, with no changes to cut-off schedules.

Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule:

Terminal Closures:

West Coast terminals will be closed on Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27. Hawaii and Guam terminals, including HITCO and Kauai Freight, will remain open on Friday, November 27.

Rancho Dominguez Terminal Cut-off:

Non-Hazardous Cargo for Hawaii:

Cut-off is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, for the Hawaii sailing on Saturday, November 28.

Hazardous Cargo for Hawaii:

Due to the holiday schedule, no hazardous cargo will sail from the Southern California terminal on Saturday, November 28. Hazardous cargo delivered by Wednesday, November 25, will be held for the next Hawaii sailing on Wednesday, December 2.

Non-Hazardous Cargo for Guam: Cut-off is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 30, for the Guam sailing on Wednesday, December 2.

Hazardous Cargo for Guam: Cut-off is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, for the Wednesday, December 2 Guam sailing.

Oakland Terminal Cargo Cut-Offs:

For the Hawaii sailing on Wednesday, November 25: Hazardous and non-hazardous cargo cut-off is 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24.

There will not be a sailing to Guam on Tuesday, December 1st.

Seattle Terminal Cargo Cut-off:

Hazardous cargo is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24.

Non Hazardous Cargo is 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25.
