Subject: Tropical Storm Lala Update #2

Dear Valued Customer,

We have received a further update that was advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) facilities across the islands have been accessed following the storm and cargo operations have resumed. The U.S. Coast Guard has advised that the commercial harbors of Honolulu, Hilo, Kawaihae and Kahului were reopened yesterday, August 16th.

Our island trucking operations will be working hard to expedite the handling of your shipments and minimize any further delay. As a reminder, we anticipate a 24-48 hour delivery delay on all island deliveries. We will continue to monitor this and update you as needed.
