Dear Valued Customer,

The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation has announced a 3% increase in wharfage and port security fees, effective July 1, 2026. This increase continues to support the Harbors Modernization Program to expand capacity, reduce congestion, and improve port resiliency. As is customary, the ocean carriers will increase their related charges by the identical amounts the same day.

In accordance with our policy of providing at least 30 days’ notice for rate adjustments,

DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express will implement the following changes effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026:

- Full Container Load (FCL) State fee increases will be passed through

- Less-than-Container Load (LCL) Wharfage fees will increase by only $0.01 per cubic foot

- Port Facility Security Fee DHX will continue to absorb this increase for LCL

shipments
