Dear Valued Customer,

We at DAX-Dependable Alaskan Express, Inc. would like to remind you that the winter season is approaching. Tote Maritime Company ("Tote") announced KFF (Keep From Freezing) service will officially begin with the Northbound Voyage 21161 departing Tacoma, WA, on Friday, October 1, 2021.

Matson Navigation Company’s (“Matson”) effective date has not been established yet, but we will continue to monitor and provide you with more information as we receive it. 

When KFF service is needed, please ensure to request KFF service at the time of booking your shipment and declare KFF service on your bill of lading for each shipment.
