Subject: Fuel-Related Surcharge Increase – Hawaii / Guam / Micronesia

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and related supply chain disruptions, marine fuel costs have continued to rise. As a result, the ocean carriers will adjust their Fuel Surcharge (FSC) effective November 15, 2026.

The updated surcharges will be as follows:

  - Hawaii: Increasing from 31.5% to 34.0%

  - Guam: Increasing from 32.5% to 35.0%

  - Micronesia: Increasing from 34.5% to 37.0%

We are providing this 30-day notice to help you plan accordingly. We will continue to keep you updated on any future adjustments.
