Subject: Tropical Storm Lala Update #1

Dear Valued Customer,

We have received a further update that was advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that due to Tropical Storm Lala, the U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily closed the Port of Kona and now the Port of Honolulu will be closing on Saturday at 2:00am. Both Manulani 268W and Kaimana Hila 076W will still arrive into Honolulu over the weekend but port operations will only begin once clearance is given from the U.S. Coast Guard.

While there is no definitive timeline, we anticipate a 24-48-hour delivery delay on all island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will be working hard to expedite the handling of your shipments and minimize any further delay. We will continue to monitor this and update you as needed.
