Subject: Kona Port Closure

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been advised by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) that due to Tropical Storm Lala tracking toward the islands, the U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily closed the Port of Kona. As a result, Mahimahi 556W is unable to dock until the Coast Guard lifts the restrictions and grants clearance for port operations to resume.

While there is no definitive timeline, we anticipate a 24-48 hour delivery delay. Our island trucking operations will be working hard to expedite the handling of your shipments and minimize any further delay. We will continue to monitor this and update you as needed.
