DHX - Dependable Hawaiian Express

LOS ANGELES, CA, (January 3, 2022) -- Kane McEwen has been named the new President of
DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express, part of Dependable Supply Chain Services, effective January 1, 2022. Kane was promoted from his position as Chief Operating Officer.
 
“Promoting from within the Dependable Companies including DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express is our goal,” said Ron Massman, Dependable Supply Chain Services CEO. “We couldn’t be happier to name Kane McEwen as our new President.”
 
DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express is the leading ocean freight company serving Hawaii and Guam. Kane has been with the company for more than 16 years, the past nine as Chief Operating Officer. Previously he was Vice President of Operations for seven years and Terminal Manager of our Honolulu Terminal.
 
“I have the good fortune of being a part of a well-established long-tenured team here at DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express that I’m excited to lead,” said Kane McEwen. “We have established long-term stability and sustainability in Hawaii, serving the best interest of our customers as well as our DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express Ohana. A proud Wildcat and Alumnus of the University of Arizona, Kane started in transportation with Roadway Express, Inc. and Daylight Transport. As the Terminal Manager at Daylight Transport, Kane began his relationship with Ron Massman and DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express.
