DHX - Breaking Alert

Dear Valued Customer,


We regret to inform you that the Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) MahiMahi Voyage 468w has experienced a delayed discharge of containers at the port due to a medical emergency.


As a result, we will now experience a 1 to 2 business day delay in our deliveries of your shipment(s). We will continue to monitor any developments and update you if needed.


We at DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express will do our best to unload the containers we receive from Matson and get your shipment(s) out for delivery. We apologize for any delay or inconvenience you may experience.


Currently, no changes are foreseen to our Neighbor Island delivery services due to this delay.
