DGX - Dependable Global Express

Dear Valued Customer,

 
Please be advised the Governor of Hawaii has issued a ‘stay-at-home’ order for the Island of Oahu effective Thursday, August 24 12:01 am. The order does allow essential businesses to remain open.
 
The Governor of Guam had also issued all nonessential business to close for one week effective Friday, August 21. It is anticipated that nonessential businesses will now remain closed for another two weeks.
 
DHX- Dependable Hawaiian Express and DGX (Dependable Global Express) are logistics companies and Essential Businesses insofar as Hawaii and Guam are concerned. We have committed ourselves to ensure goods and merchandise move as scheduled to Hawaii and Guam.
 
As a people-oriented organization, we've tried to do all the "right stuff" to ensure the safety of our people as well as workplace continuity. We're doing all the known "smart practices" we should be to ensure workplace/worker safety and excellent hygiene. We have an Emergency Plan and we've implemented it. In addition to moving your cargo safe and secure timely, our goal is to keep both our people and our Customers’ employees safe when transacting business.
 
The purpose of this email is to reassure you that DHX- Dependable Hawaiian Express plans to ensure you get the service you need and require during these incredibly difficult times. We have our people working both remotely as well as on-site at each of our facilities and we stand ready to respond to your phone calls or emails. DGX International Ocean Services, as well as Domestic and International DGX Airfreight Services also remain open to serve you as you need.
 
 
Possible Delays in Island Deliveries
 
Please be advised there may be delays in island delivery dates and times due to the current COVID-19 crisis. This can depend on the consignees’ possible closure, change in operating hours or requirement of specific appointment times. Our teams will continue to move your freight as timely as possible and update you if or when a disruption occurs.
