As a result of increases to ocean freight rates from our Ocean Carriers, DGX is implementing a GRI to recover these costs as detailed below:

Origin	Destination	Type	New Surcharge	Effective Date
All US Origins	All locations in Asia, Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent, and Fremantle	GRI	$4.00 W/M - $4.00 min	4/11/2020

Any mitigation and/or delays of the increase will be passed along as applicable.
