Note: Shipments with charges exceeding $500 over the quoted amount are subject to being held for payment authorization. Quotes are an estimate only and will expire in 30 days. The Quote # must appear on the Bill of Lading to be valid. Invoices will be based on actual description, weight & cube at time of receipt, subject to any loading, size or hazmat limitations, also to additional charges that are unforeseen at time of quoting. Limit Liability is $1000.00 per shipping unit for properly packaged new merchandise. A $.10 release value per lb. for used/household goods will apply. Additional insurance is available upon request, a min. $1000 deductible will apply. The shipper is responsible for the proper packaging of the merchandise. As a result of recent market developments impacting the cost of oil, the ocean carriers have announced a revision to the previously released increase to their Fuel Related Surcharge (FRSC) effective April 12, 2026.
Due to the current extraordinary circumstances, the ocean carriers are further adjusting the FRSC and deviating from the standard 30-day notice period for Hawaii and Guam/CNMI. The updated rates are as follows:
