DHX - Dependable Hawaiian Express

1/21/2022

Dear Valued Customer,

We at DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express regret to inform you we have been informed by Matson Navigation Company (“Matson”) the Matsonia 020W was delayed departing Oakland due to heavy fog, which will result in a later departure from Long Beach this weekend. The vessel will now depart Long Beach Saturday evening, January 22nd, and will arrive in Honolulu Thursday morning, January 27th.

Separately, the Manulani 178W has been delayed as a result of a container HazMat concern. The vessel departed Long Beach Thursday evening, January 27th, and is scheduled to arrive in Honolulu Tuesday morning, February 1st. It will depart Honolulu on Wednesday, February 2nd, and arrive in Guam on Wednesday evening, February 9th.

For Hawaii, we are estimating a 24-hour delay for our Oahu and Neighbor Island deliveries. Our island trucking operations will expedite the handling of your shipments to minimize this delay as much as possible.

We will continue to monitor any developments and update you as needed.
