Dear Valued Customer:

The National Weather Service has issued a typhoon warning for Guam. The storm is expected to bring heavy rainfall, coastal flooding and storm force winds up to 165 MPH. Forecasts predict this could possibly become a Category 3 or Category 4 Typhoon.

Due to the impending storm, the Port and our Guam offices were closed last night, October 23, 2018.  Due to the closures, our terminal did not receive any containers for unloading. The soonest we will be able to start pulling containers is when the Government returns to COR4 status, which may not be until Friday October 26, 2018. The Guam infrastructure and our terminal conditions will determine when we will be able to reopen and make deliveries.

As the condition of the typhoon becomes more defined, we will update you as to what we determine will be service issues impacting our Guam ocean, air and delivery services.

We wish all of our friends and families in Guam the very best of outcomes.  Please be safe!

Should you have additional questions please contact your local representative or Customer Service at our corporate office at 1-800-488-4888 or 1-310-537-2000, Ext. 2020.

Thank you for your understanding with respect to the above.  We will take all steps possible to minimize delays.

Thank you for your business-we appreciate it!
