Dear Valued Customer:

As was showing on national news last week, the Island of Kauai has recently experienced abnormal, heavy rains. The storm caused flooding, mudslides, and road closures. The rain has now subsided, but the communities are still coping with the multiple impacts the flooding has caused.

Please expect possible delays and service interruptions in and out of the Island of Kauai during these next few days/weeks.

On a lighter note, we are proud that we were able to partner up with our primary air carrier, who provided us with space on their aircraft to fly supplies into Kauai. Because of our vendor’s generosity, we were able to move pallets of needed items to a local charity for distribution to those affected by the floods. We’re proud of being able to partner and help the distressed Kauai Community.
