We are seeking an Senior Accounting Clerk to work within our Rancho Dominguez Terminal.
The Candidate would have basic knowledge of accounting:
Reconcile bank accounts
Maintain the books for Hawaii entities: Kona, Honolulu and Maui
Answer questions pertaining to the income statements
Update balance sheets for Kona, Honolulu and Maui
Prepare forms and pay Hawaii monthly sales tax via online
Prepare forms and pay Hawaii annual sales tax via online
Help out with data entry for other entities: domestic and international
Run reports and save them in the corresponding folders
Close the month in the system
Update the daily cash report
Set up wires and ach in the bank website when supervisor is out
