FSC History

Here is DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express’ history of fuel surcharges for ocean cargo shipping to Hawaii, Guam and Micronesia. Unfortunately when fuel costs rise above standard fluctuation ranges, an additional “Fuel Surcharge” must be added to the standard shipping cost to recover these unforeseen fuel price increases.
