Port Congestion
Please be advised that Los Angeles and Long Beach harbors are experiencing a tremendous increase in volume, which has lead to congestion at the Ports. In order to relieve this congestion, terminals have begun to offer flex gates, and are also considering returning to a five-day per week extended gate program under Pier Pass.
We will keep you updated as new information becomes available. In the meantime, you may be experiencing delays ingating or taking your container(s) out of an ocean carrier terminal.
