Dear Valued Customer:

Matson Navigation Company ("Matson") announced today that effective with
sailings on or after July 18, 2010 Matson will reduce it's fuel
surcharge rate 2%. The Hawaii fuel surcharge will be reduced from 27.5%
to 25.5% and the Guam fuel surcharge will be reduced from 29% to 27%.
As has happened in the past, we believe Horizon Lines will match
Matson's change in fuel surcharge.
